Willet - Southwest Florida

I rarely shoot in this kind of lighting anymore but this action was hard to pass up. As a small flock of Willets were feeding in a shallow water with gulls trying to steal their catch.

This photo was taken in the first location I’m describing in my Wintering Shorebird Photography Location Guide in Southwest Florida: https://www.greggard.com/location-guides/southwest-florida-bird-photography-location-guide-ebook

If you’ve ordered this ebook previously from me, please contact me for a free updated copy. You don’t want to miss it!

By the way, this is one of my favorite locations there and it is the first one I’m describing in my guide.
